Spinifex gets the points over Good Shepherd in touch challenge
Four hotly contested matches were played between the two schools.
The Good Shepherd and Spinifex under-15 boys teams after their hard fought match on Thursday.
School pride was on the line at Mount Isa’s Kruttschnitt Oval last Thursday as Good Shepherd Catholic College went head to head with Spinifex State College in a series of touch matches.
Spectators were treated to four quality matches, although Spinifex gained bragging rights.
U15 girls: Spinifex 14-2
U15 boys: Spinifex 5-4
Open girls: Spinifex 6-0
Open boys: Good Shepherd 5-6
